This is one of our families favorite breakfast or brunch recipes from Kellogg’s.
We love it because it is super easy, and yet looks fantastic in parfait glasses.
We even make it for holiday breakfasts, using in season fruits and different flavors of yogurt.
It’s impressive, yet very inexpensive!
- 10 pancakes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup chopped fruit (berries, bananas, peaches, etc.)
- Cut pancakes into small pieces.
- In two glasses layer yogurt, pancake pieces, and fruit.
- Repeat layers two or three times.
- Serve immediately.
