- 16 oz bottle Catalina or Russian dressing
- 18 oz jar apricot jam
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1 bag of breaded chicken nuggets or meatballs
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- Sliced bell peppers
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place chicken into a 9 x 13 dish.
Mix salad dressing, jam, and soup, pineapple, and peppers and pour over chicken.
Cover the dish and bake in the preheated oven about 45 minutes.
Also can add the sauce ingredients to a bag of store bought meatballs and warm in crockpot. Makes a great appetizer!
