- Β½ cup of cottage cheese
- 1 medium apple (cored and chopped) π
Β½ frozen banana π - 1 tablespoon caramel sauce (I like to use sugar free)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional) πͺ
- Β½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk π₯
- 1 graham cracker square
- Ice cubes (optional) βοΈ
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into your blender. ππ
- Blend until smooth and creamy. You can adjust the consistency by adding more milk or ice cubes, depending on your preference! π
- Taste it β if you like it sweeter, add a touch more caramel or even a splash of maple syrup. π
- Pour it into your favorite glass, sprinkle a little more cinnamon on top, and enjoy! π
