Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). π
- Grease a loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray. π§
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth. π
- Stir in melted butter, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well combined. π₯π¦
- Mix in baking soda and a pinch of salt. π§
- Gently fold in the flour until just combinedβdonβt overmix! πΎ
- Stir in the chocolate chunks. π«
