When it comes to cooking, one of the biggest game changers is how we season our food! 🍳 The flavor of any dish depends on so many factors, like the freshness of ingredients, the cooking method, and of course, how it’s seasoned. After adding a sprinkle of salt or a dash of pepper to a savory dish, I always taste it. If it’s still a little bland, I just season it again and taste it one more time. 👩🍳
It truly takes practice to figure out how much seasoning is enough without tasting. But once you find that perfect balance, the difference is huge! 🙌 A properly seasoned dish just pops with flavor, while an underseasoned one can fall flat.
