Today, I’m sharing one of my all-time favorite recipes for Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. If you’re a fan of soft, chewy, and sweet cookies that are packed with hearty oats and juicy raisins, you’re in for a treat! πŸ˜‹ These cookies are super easy to make and perfect for an afternoon snack or a cozy dessert.

My kids like me to swap out the raisins for chocolate chips sometimes for another yummy option.

These cookies aren’t just tastyβ€”they’ve got some nutritional benefits too! πŸͺ Oats are a great source of fiber, which can help keep you full and support healthy digestion 🌾. Raisins add natural sweetness while also providing a boost of iron and antioxidants πŸ‡.

These are perfect with a glass of milk πŸ₯› or a cup of tea. β˜• You can even freeze the dough for later if you want to bake a fresh batch whenever the craving hits!
