Koita has many varieties of plant based milks, from oat milk to soy milk!

Here’s one of my favorite recipes for a plant based egg nog:

4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 cups KOITA Organic Almond Milk
1 can full-fat organic coconut milk
1 teaspoon apple pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg or any combination you like

STEP 1: BLEND EGGS WITH SYRUP.
Add egg yolks, vanilla extract and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until foamy.

STEP 2: HEAT MILK & SPICES TOGETHER.
Warm KOITA Organic Almond Milk and the full can of coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat with your choice of spices. This step infuses the milk blend with the spices.

STEP 3: SLOWLY ADD MILK TO THE BLENDER.
Remove the fill cap of the blender and slowly pour the warm milk into the egg mixture while the blender is running slowly.

STEP 4: THICKEN THE EGGNOG ON THE STOVE.
Pour the contents of the blender back into the saucepan and heat it over medium heat to allow it to thicken. Stir constantly while heating.
