1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup drained Native Forest Organic Pineapple Chunks
juice of half a lime
6 tablespoons coconut milk + more as needed
Toppings:
sliced banana
kiwi

Instructions:
Combine frozen banana, frozen mango, Native Forest Pineapple Chunks, juice of half a lime, and 6 tablespoons of coconut milk in blender. Blend, starting on low to get things chopped up. Use a tamper if you have one to push things around and get them moving. If you don’t have one, you may need to stop and scrape down every so often to blend everything evenly. Slowly increase speed to high and continue to blend until smooth and creamy, adding a bit more coconut milk at a time if needed to get things moving smoothly. Immediately pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings.
